I specialize in custom pieces, please contact me with your requirements.
Customized and Personalized are non refundable.
I can repair faulty items only. I can replace tarnished chains and charms due to user mis treatment but these will be chargeable for the cost of materials and postage.
Wholesale availability

To Keep Your Jewels Beautiful -
Avoid contact with lotions, sprays, oils, self tanner and perfume. Jewellery should be the last thing you put on when getting dressed to ensure any products applied have been absorbed into the skin and dry.
Take off your jewellery when exercising, sleeping, showering and swimming.
Keeping your jewellery dry is one of the best ways to keep their shine and sparkle.
Regularly polish the jewellery with a dry cloth to remove excess dirt.
Keep your jewellery in a jewellery box.
Shipping Timeframes
International Shipping takes anywhere from 10-60+ business days
(in the unlikely event that your parcel gets stuck at customs).
Shipping to everywhere within the UK is usually 2 to 3 days, Europe is 5 - 10 days.
Some countries have a long shipping times and it is recommended that you request additional tracking, please contact me prior to placing your order.
I am not responsible for lost parcels so if you'd like tracking and insurance please contact me.
Refunds will not be issued in the case of non receipt, please select a tracked and insured service when you place your order. Please ensure your delivery address is correct as we will not be held responsible for buyer error.
